Shanghai Novel Si Integration Technology Co., Ltd (NSIT), established in December 2020 with a registered capital of RMB 370 million, is in Jiading District, Shanghai. Main products include Thin-film Lithium Niobate (TFLN) and Thin-film Lithium Tantalate (TFLT).
